Farm with Country House in the Western Algarve

Located a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches of Salema and Figueira, this farm offers tranquillity and quality of life during the more than 300 days of sunshine a year.

The rustic but comfortable and charming house, built with natural materials is composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a pantry and a wine cellar,

In the big garden surrounding the house is a small lake and a stone tower with battlements like medieval castles with a terrace, from where you can appreciate the sunset from the westernmost lusitania beach called Sagres. This tower is also used to store your gardening tools.

Next to it is an esplanade covered by a branch of vines that provides shade for your meals outside with family and friends, where you can roast a freshly caught fish on one of the several almost deserted beaches of Vila do Bispo, such as Praia da Figueira.

For hot summer days, here you will also find a small swimming pool where children and adults can enjoy themselves

This property has also a wooden oven for you to prepare your homemade bread, abundant water from the borehole, and a caretaker''s house that can still be monetized for tourism.

In almost 3 hectares of land, there are several trees like fig trees, almond trees, carob trees, arable crops and vineyards.

It is ideal for those who want to start an Agro Tourism project or a Surf Center, considering its proximity to ideal beaches for the practice of this sport.
