Immobilium makes available to Users that are principal sellers and principal buyers of real estate, as well as Users that are third-party service providers, with a comprehensive and efficient Platform for selling and buying residential and commercial real estate ("Transactions").

Real Estate Services

In each jurisdiction where Immobilium operates, we work with licensed real estate professionals to ensure compliance with local regulations. When acting in such capacity, Immobilium looks to enter into appropriate agreements specifying the negotiable commission or fee that will be earned upon the closing of a Transaction.

Transaction Posting Services

Immobilium makes opportunities available for sellers to post their property for sale. We also enable buyers to post their interest in acquiring particular types of properties according to price, location, and feature preferences.

Services Not Provided

Immobilium does not provide any tax, legal, financial, or accounting representations, warranties or advice. Users are highly recommended to seek their own independent legal advice from an attorney; tax advice from an accountant; and other financial advice from a financial adviser.

By Your acceptance of these Terms of Service, You acknowledge receipt of these Notices and Disclosures:

Risks in Real Estate Transactions: Your access to and use of the Platform is subject to risks. The occurrence of any of these risks could result in losses and damages to You.
Privacy Policy: Immobilium respects Your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Please review our Privacy Policy.
Electronic Delivery: Immobilium provides Services electronically. You consent to the use of electronic signatures and delivery of records in electronic format.

If You provide us with phone number(s), You consent to receive calls and texts concerning Your User Profile, Transactions, and other operational matters. You may opt out at any time by contacting us. Immobilium may also send You emails concerning Your User Profile and other operational matters.

By accessing and using the Platform, You acknowledge that You may have access to certain confidential and proprietary information. You agree to treat such information as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party except as legally required.

10. Intellectual Property

Immobilium grants You a limited right to use the Website and Content solely for the purpose of real estate Transaction activity through the Platform. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or modify any Content without permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any claim, controversy or dispute arising out of or related to the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our full Terms of Service. Each party waives their respective rights to a jury trial.

12. General Terms

Immobilium may suspend or terminate Your access at any time.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation.
You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
